Out of Network Privacy
1. What We Collect
We collect account and directory information needed to run the platform, such as provider profile details, authentication data, subscription state, and operational metadata.
2. What We Do Not Collect
We do not store medical diagnoses, treatment notes, session transcripts, or clinical records in platform workflows. We also do not store inquiry messages between clients and therapists — those communications flow directly between the user and the provider using their own email or website, completely outside our platform.
3. How We Use Information
We use data to operate accounts, publish provider listings, process subscription and tip billing, enforce policy, and improve product reliability and safety.
4. Private-Pay Attestation Data
We store provider attestation metadata including acceptance status, timestamp, and terms version to support policy enforcement and dispute handling.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on platform systems.
6. Sharing
We share data with service providers as needed to run the platform, such as hosting, authentication, payments, and email vendors. We do not sell personal data.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free.
8. Retention and Deletion
We retain data for operational, legal, and security reasons and delete or anonymize data when no longer required, subject to legal obligations.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
